材料:
黑糖60公(gong)(gong)(gong)克(ke),無鹽奶油100公(gong)(gong)(gong)克(ke),全蛋30公(gong)(gong)(gong)克(ke),蜂蜜20公(gong)(gong)(gong)克(ke),低筋面粉(fen)100公(gong)(gong)(gong)克(ke),全麥粉(fen)100公(gong)(gong)(gong)克(ke),發粉(fen)1公(gong)(gong)(gong)克(ke),核桃20公(gong)(gong)(gong)克(ke),南(nan)瓜(gua)子(zi)(zi)20公(gong)(gong)(gong)克(ke),葵瓜(gua)子(zi)(zi)20公(gong)(gong)(gong)克(ke),玉米脆(cui)片(pian)30公(gong)(gong)(gong)克(ke)
做法:
1.無鹽奶油軟化(hua)后(hou),加(jia)入過篩后(hou)的黑糖一起(qi)打發。
2.蛋打散成蛋液后,分2~3次加(jia)入作法(fa)1中(zhong)攪拌(ban)均勻。
3.再加(jia)入(ru)蜂蜜拌勻(yun)后,繼(ji)續(xu)加(jia)入(ru)過(guo)篩后的低筋(jin)面粉(fen)、全麥(mai)粉(fen)和發粉(fen)拌勻(yun)。
4.接著放入(ru)核桃、南瓜(gua)子、葵瓜(gua)子和玉米脆(cui)片攪拌。
5.將作法4的面團(tuan)分成每個約25公克重(zhong)的小面團(tuan)后,用手搓成圓球狀后再(zai)稍微(wei)施力(li)壓平(ping)。
6.在烤(kao)盤上(shang)(shang)鋪上(shang)(shang)烤(kao)盤布,整齊排(pai)放上(shang)(shang)作法5的(de)餅干(gan),再放置烤(kao)箱上(shang)(shang)層,并以170℃烤(kao)約25分鐘即可。
